It’s good drinking but on a sweeter level. If you are diabetic don’t drink better off getting the no sugar drink
I have tried a few bottles before from my grandma who got it from Costco and it was so good. I then bought some through Amazon for quicker delivery. The taste is not too sweet for me but my friend who is working out finds it a little sweet so the sweetness depends on each person. The bird nest comes in either clumps or little pieces in the drink so I usually like to shake it a bit to break the bigger pieces apart. I really like the bottled ones because I can take them to class with me as breakfast or a snack since I feel somewhat full from drinking a bottle. Definitely worth the price and it is only $4.80 per bottle rather than $5.62 at Costco. Plus from the official website, you can earn points which adds to your discounts!
